VIDEO: Add Extra Depth With Multi Stamping

Hello there everyone and a very happy Friday to you!

Today I’m sharing a card using one of my very favourite stamp sets and also techniques… with a video as well yay! I have been stuffing with a cold and making this card, going back to my favourite things really got my mojo started again.

Seriously though don’t you just love it when you make a card and it makes you happy just to look at it?!?!? This done that for me 🙂

I used a Misti for this card as it does help with lining things up again perfectly. I started by stamping the pink flower bases, I used Pink Pearl to stamp the base layer and then without moving the stamp I inked up the centre of it using Coral Bliss and used a sponge to blend out the edges so as not to create a sharp line.

Then stamped this over the top. I then worked around these flowers adding in the other base layers of the images using the same technique. I used Dew Drops and Aqualicious for the blue flowers, Minty Mint and Sweet Leaf for the leaf clusters and Mountain Mist and Volcano Lake for the other leaves.

At this point I wanted to brighten the card up a little so I added in the small bud images in the set with Mango Smoothie ink.

I then moved on the the second layers. I stamped the second layer of the coral flowers using Coral Bliss, again I didn’t move the stamp but then inked up the centre using Heart Beat, blended this out before stamping it back down. For the blue flowers I used Aqualicious and Teal Tide for the second layer. For the second layer of the leaves I used Sweet Leaf and Just Green.

For the third layer of the coral flowers I did the same technique again firstly using Heart Beat and then Vineyard Berry ink.

For the sentiment I used Forever And Always Stamp Set.

Here’s a step by step video on how this card came together. You can watch it below or over on my YouTube Channel:

Did I say I just love this card???? I do, you know. Hehehe.
