Catherine Pooler Designs New Spa Ink Release!

Hello there everyone and happy Thursday! Why do I have a treat for you today, I am part of Catherine Pooler’s Spa Ink-Paradise Found Ink Release Hop! I have to say I am LOVING these new ink colours! They are just so rich and yummy! You should have arrived here from Julie’s blog but if not you can start at the beginning at Catherine’s blog.

Today the new products will be available in the store and I have a few cards to share with you using them, and Tilly’s Magic Garden Stamp Set.

So these cards all started the same way …. I just stopped at various stages to get the different looks. I started with 3 pieces of 6×6 cream coloured cardstock and my misti. I started stamping the images in the centre with one colour, I stamped one image turned my card stamped again, turned, stamped, turned and stamped again. I did this for all of the cards… I must say it did take a while but I loved every second of it…. I mean how could you not when you see the beautiful fall wreath coming together right in front of your eyes!

The colours I used for the cards are Sauna, Mandarin Spice, Eucalyptus, Daydream and Juniper Mist … the colour names are just so awesome! The flowers and leaves are from Tilly’s Magic Garden (named after my little girl) and the sentiments are from Amazing Florals.

I have to say I’m not sure of which of the cards I like best ….. and I’m very happy with how they came out and a lot of that has to do with the new gorgeous colours in the Spa Collection.

Lydia…your cards are so pretty. Especially using your Telly’s Magic Garden stamp set. I purchased it on release day months ago, and I love it. I also purchase the stamp and dies of your Winter Wonderland sets. It’s so magical. You are an incredible illustrator.
