Altenew & Pretty Pink Posh Collaboration Blog Hop

Hi there everyone and happy Thursday!

I’m so happy to be with you taking part in the Altenew & Pretty Pink Posh Collaboration blog hop! You should have arrived here from Carissa or if you haven’t started you can go to the beginning at the Altenew blog.

I have used the larger of Stitched Photo Frame Dies from Pretty Pink Posh for the focal point of my card. I then made the negitive space to create a shaker, I filled this with Iridescent Mini Circle Confetti and 3mm Sparkling Clear Sequins. Before I stuck the shaker element down I added a sentiment from Lyrical Script. I love the way this looks with all the confetti moving around in front of it.

I also add some fir fronds Poinsettia & Pine but in white ink and white heat embossing around the frame, I think it breaks up the white space a little while taking nothing away from the focal point.

For the flower embellishment I stamped the poinsettia from Poinsettia & Pine three times onto vellum and heat embossed it using white embossing powder. I cut these three images out, cutting more petals away from the upper layers to create a layered effect. I added some 3mm and 4mm Sparkling Clear Sequins to the centre.
