Foiling, Stamping

World Card-Making Day Bog Hop With Winnie & Walter

Hello and a very happy World Cardmaking Day to you!

I’m so excited to share that we at Winnie & Walter are doing a hop in celebration, plus LOTS of challenges so ahead over there if you interested in winning a prize from W&W.

You should have arrived here from the amazing Heather, if not don’t worry you can start at the beginning at the Winnie & Walter blog.

I created a card with some of my favourites to share today, floral images (Eva’s Favorite Flowers is one of my all time favourite W&W sets), teal and gold – just look at that foiling swoon.

I stamped the images from Eva’s Favorite Flowers using different shades of mint/teal and then added the layer/details with gold foil. To do this I used the reactive Minc Mist from Heidi Swapp, I added some to a paint brush then painted it onto the stamp and then stamped it. When I had stamped all of the detail layers I added a few drops of the mist and then let dry. Once dry I added some foil and ran through the Minc- cool huh?

The sentiment is from The Big, the Bold and You Cutaways and I cut this from gold mirror paper.

3 random winners in total will be drawn from all the comments left on the different stops along the hop. Each winner will receive a $25 gift certificate to the Winnie & Walter shop.  Comments for the hop are open until 23:59 CST on 7th October.

Thanks so much for stopping by next on the hop is Rebecca.
