Print Style Florals and A Little Peek Into My No-MoJo Process

Lydia Evans- Print Style card using MFT and Wplus9 Floral_3Hi there everyone and happy Friday!

Where has this week gone?!? My littles have been off school this week and it has just flown, I do so love having them off.

So yesterday my mojo was a little lacking, I knew I wanted to use the colour combo from MFT challenge but I didn’t know which way to go with it so I headed to Pinterest. Browsing Pinterest is one of the ways I try to give Mr Mojo a kick start, others include looking through the blogs I follow on Bloglovin’, looking through my Instagram feed or even my favourite companies FB pages. Ifnone of these work it’s always best for me to take a little break, have a coffee, do some cleaning (lol) and then come back to it.

I found an image on Pinterest the first thing that stood out was that it was in the colours I wanted to use … with a little added navy but I’m sure that wouldn’t hurt. The image can be found HERE.  It’s a wedding invite so I swapped out where the writing was with a large quote from MFT ‘Chalkboard Greetings Too’ and used some Wplus9 sets for the floral clusters.

I stamped the sentiment in navy so it would match in with the small touches of navy in the flower clusters. I used three different Wplus9 sets for the flowers – Fresh Cut Florals, More Fresh Cuts and Valentine Wishes.

I hope you enjoyed a little peek into my creative process and enjoyed my card.

Please leave me a comment, maybe even subscribe to my YouTube channel or follow my blog. If your interested, I’m also on Facebook and I share sneak peeks of my projects (and my life) on Instagram.

Hope you have a beautiful day and I hope to see you again soon!

Hugs Lydia xxx
