Pretty Pink Posh November Product Release Hop

Hi there! I’m so excited to be with you on this Pretty Pink Posh Release Blog Hop! You should have arrived here from the amazing Joni Andaya‘s blog, but if not don’t worry I have a hop list further down the post or you can start at the beginning at the Pretty Pink Posh blog.

This time as the lovely Paulina has released stamp sets, (I know cool right?!?!) there will be two days of hops so she will be giving away 4 $25 gift cards (2 on each day), to have a chance of winning one all you have to do is leave a comment on the blog hop participants posts, so the more commenting the better the chance of winning. Winners will be picked randomly along the blog hop. (Comments must be left by 11:59 PM PST on 11/16/2015. Winners will be announced on the PPP blog on November 18th.)

So on to my cards…..

For my first one I have used the cute little bunny from Holiday Pals as my focal point, I just love how cute he is! I stamped him with light ink and then coloured hime using grey coloured pencils so that he looks like a pencil drawing. I then added him to a shaker frame cut using Stitched Photo Frame Dies, using the trees from the stamp set to create a scene in the shaker part, then added some Sparkling Clear Sequins to act as snow.

The sentiment is from another newly released set Rainy Days.

My next card focuses on the Rainy Days set

Firstly I masked of a circle to put my sentiment and main image. I then stamped the solid rain cloud and rain drops using light ink all over my card layer.

To create the no-line umbrella I stamped the solid image in a very light ink and then coloured over this using Copic markers and then cut this out. I added the sentiment to my card, in the masked off circle and then masked it off so I could stamp the umbrellas handle so it did not go though the sentiment, I then added the coloured umbrella with foam pads to give it some lift.

To finish I added some Clear Droplets, I think these are so cute and look so much like rain drops.

I would really love to know what you think of my card! Please leave me a comment, maybe even subscribe to my YouTube channel or follow my blog :) If your interested I’m also onFacebook and I share sneak peeks of my projects (and my life) on Instagram.

That’s it from me the next stop on the hop is Yuki . Hope you have a beautiful day and I hope to see you again soon!

Hugs Lydia xxx
