Sharky Smiles

Hello and happy Saturday! I am super happy today as I had chance to play and to colour…. which it feels like an age since I last did some 🙂 I got this new set in the mail this morning and just couldn’t wait to play…. although it looks nothing like I thought it would when I first started, I’m still super happy with it.

The set I have used is from Waffle Flower and is called ‘Tiger & Lily’, I just love how fun this set is!

I started by stamping the tress and island shape onto my card layer and then coloured with Cpoics, I then added a little pencil in for some added depth. For the waves I cut two pieces of blue patterned paper using the Lawn Fawn ‘Stitched Scalloped Borders’ upside down and then added these below the island.

The awesome shark is from the Waffle Flower set again, and I stamped the pirate hat onto him before I coloured him up, again using Copics. I fussy cut him out and then added him in between the die-cut waves.

The fun sentiment is again from the same stamp set…. I know I’m going to be using this one a lot!

I would really love to know what you think of my card! Please leave me a comment, maybe even subscribe to my YouTube channel or follow my blog :) If your interested I’m also on Facebook and I share sneak peeks of my projects (and my life) on Instagram.

I hope you have a beautiful day and I will see you again soon.
