Newton’s Nook Designs Festive Hop

This is my second post of the day – if you are looking for my MtDS post please clink HERE

Hi there, two posts from me today- it doesn’t happen very often.

Well I’m back to share with you my card I have made for the Deck The Halls With Inky Paws Blog hop! You should have arrived here from the lovely Taheerah’s blog, but if not don’t panic as if you get lost I have the full hop list towards the bottom of my post.

NND_HolidayHopSo we have an extra special hop for you today with lots of amazing crafters….. some of whom are my crafting idols … eeeekkk 😀 So this months Inky Paws Challenge is to create a Holiday or Christmas project using any NND stamps that you have… easy right?!?!?

I have made a Christmas card using a non-holiday set…. just by switching up the colour combo to a festive one and adding a Christmas sentiment you can make those birthday stamp sets stretch through the Christmas season.

I have used paper piecing and decoupage to create this. How cute is this image of Newton?!?! This has to be one of my favourite images of the star of the store so I really felt I had to use it today and show that this Newton image is not just for birthdays….. he can be for Christmas too 😉

The image is from Newton’s Birthday Bash  and the sentiment is from Flaky Family, I just love this font for both guys and gals cards.

We will be choosing two lucky winners to win a $10 store credit for Newton’s Nook Designs online shopTo enter, just leave comments on the Design Team Member and Guest blogs (see list below)! Two winners will be chosen at random from the collective blogs in the blog hop. Make sure to check out each of their blogs and comment for your chance to win. You will not know which blog has been chosen so the more you comment on the better your chances are of winning! You have until Sunday, December 7th at 9 pm CST to comment  — winners will be announced on the NND blog on Monday, December 8th.
