Hello there and happy Wednesday! Welcome to Day 3 of the Newton’s Nook Designs October/Holiday Release. You should have hopped here from Taheerah‘s blog but if not you can always go to the Newton’s Nook Designs and start from the beginning.

If you are a follower of my blog then you may have noticed that I do like to think outside of the box now-and-then and use some of the smaller (sometimes forgotten about) stamps on a set.

Instead of using the set as it was intended I thought this would make a fun twist on the set…. look no snowmen what-so-ever. And the red snowflake paper … not patterned paper at all- yep those are the snowflakes on the set heat embossed in clear and then inked over (I did tell you I like small stamps right?! ).

I just love this sentiment and it’s one that isn’t just about the holiday season as this could be used on a number of cards needed throughout the year.

Would you like to win “Flaky Family”?
This set will be given away to one lucky winner
Here’s how to win: Comment on the NND blog and Design Team and Guest blogs (see list below)! One winner will be chosen at random from the collective blogs listed below. Make sure to check out each  blog and comment for your chance to win. You will not know which blog will be chosen so the more you comment on the better your chances are of winning! You have until Friday, October 17 at 9pm CDT to comment  — winners will be posted on the NND blog on Saturday, October 18th. Check out all the awesome Design Team Blogs below to enter:

I would really love to know what you think of the card set! Please leave me a comment, maybe even subscribe to my YouTube channel or follow my blog 🙂 If your interested I’m also on Facebook and I share sneak peeks of my projects (and my life) on Instagram.

Hope you have a beautiful day and I hope to see you again soon.

Hugs Lydia xxx
