Heres my project for this week….
For this card I used only Lawn Fawn stamps- the sets being ‘Sally’s ABC’ and ‘Winter Fox’.
Can you believe that I used no patterned paper on this ?!? And whats more the polka dot pattern was made with the ‘o’ from the Sally ABC set !!!! Here’s a quick peek on ho i did it….
Firstly I marked out a diagonal grid on my card using a really soft pencil so the lines could be easily rubbed out. I then stamped the ‘o’ into the centre of each of the little squares….
After I finished I rubbed out the pencil lines and coloured the patter using Spectrum Noir alcohol markers, using the red and turquoise sets. I also used the brown set for colouring the cute little fox……. I stamped him onto the CC Ultra Smooth Cardstock and this made it sooooo easy to blend the colours.Really hope I inspired you to think outside of the box today- have a great Sunday!!!!
I will be entering this into the Lawn Fawn CHA contest
