couldn’t sleep ….

well the LO and the first card i made yesterday evening when will got in from work, it is the last three projects i did when i couldn’t sleep and after an hour of tossing and turning i decided to get up.

so here is the LO i did for scrap it girls challenge- i think it turned out a lot better than last weeks, i have also combined it with alice in wonderland – i love her sooo much

ive used the inside roll of gift wrap for the base card- i do love the look of brown paper. the emboosed polka dot card was made by inking up the embossing folder before i put it through my big shot, it makes the enbossing really stand out- its the first time i’ve tried it and will be doing it again (my try it with brown paper!)

some close ups!!

second project – a simple card

i do love all the cards around where they use lots ot flowers and things but when i try it it just looks a mess – so ill have to stick to simple cards at the mo until i can get the hang of them.
