it was a girl x

this is my first post since my c-section and as you can see from the heading archie now has a baby sister. here is a pic of arch holding tilly at a day old x

So now I have the set. So when I came across the LOTV challenge to use both pink and blue, I felt really inspired to have a go. So when both of my babys were sleeping and the other half was doing the washing up I did a bit of crafting and had some ‘me’ time. This is the card I came up with

I first coloured in the LOTV bunny with watercolour pencils and cut it out in a fancy frame, this was then matted onto an other larger frame of blue glitter card. (The balloon I made shiney with glossy accents.) The pink background card I stamped and clear embossed stars to add interest to this layer. Before adding the image to this layer I added some blue ribbon with a knot. The two sentiments were stamped and embossed to make them lovely and shiney. To finish I added the handmade flower and leaves. Even though I used both pink and blue I see this more as a girly birthday card.

I’d like to enter this in some challenges
